These Terms govern your access to and use of the Trade Operator platform, including our website, mobile apps, and services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 · Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Trade Operator, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2 · Description of service

Trade Operator is a B2B platform that enables businesses to connect, negotiate, and manage trades. The Service includes messaging, deal management, documentation, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3 · Account registration

To use Trade Operator, you must create an account. You agree to:

• ·Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• ·Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Note: Trade Operator is currently invite-only. We reserve the right to approve or reject account applications at our discretion.

5 · User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

6 · Trading and transactions

Trade Operator facilitates communication and deal management between users but is not a party to any transactions. You acknowledge that:

• ·You are responsible for verifying trading partners
• ·All trades are conducted at your own risk
• ·Trade Operator is not liable for disputes between users
• ·You must comply with all applicable trade regulations

7 · Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Trade Operator and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8 · Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Legal terms

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trade Operator and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "last updated" date.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
